חָלִילָה

חָלִילָהadv. (v. preced.) 1) round about, in turn. Succ.V, 6 חוזרין ח׳ they take turns all around. Keth.X, 6. Tosef.Zeb.I, 1 חזרנו ח׳ we are moving in a circle, i. e. this way of arguing will lead to no conclusion; Zeb.10b חוזרני ח׳ ed.
